Why best move?

In Response To: Why best move? (Dale Berlin)

I tend not to reply to these which have the answer with the question. I did look at the problem independent of the answer. Some things to consider:

1) Which checkers are candidates to play this turn?

2) Where are the good/best places to put those checkers?

I won't answer (although Quiz Factor makes it easy). The Socratic Method beats the hell out of any teaching method of the past two millenia.
