Possible rewording

This question has come up a few times, perhaps because some people's perception of the term "dead cube" is different than the definition given in the rule. Here's the current rule:
5.6 DEAD CUBE. When the cube level is high enough to ensure that the match will end with the current game, that game shall be played to conclusion at the present cube level.
And here is a possible rewording that might be clearer.
"5.6 CUBE LIMIT: When the cube reaches or exceeds the number of points needed by the trailer to win the match, the cube becomes "dead" and the current game must be played to conclusion."
Or Michael Nielsen's suggestion is even better, imo, though this would be a slightly different rule.
"5.6 AUTOMATIC TAKE: A match cannot end with double/drop. If a cube is offered to a player who would lose the match if he dropped it, the cube is automatically considered taken and play continues at the new cube level."
