BQ: Make the 4 or the 20 point?

So 22/18(2) is out of the realm of reasonable (i.e. candidate) plays?

Here are some questions to answer:

1) After each candidate, where are White's builders/spares and where are they going to go?

2) After each candidate (and considering White's typical responses), what will be the cube action next turn?

3) After each candidate, assuming Blue will be rolling next turn (ND or D+T), where are Blue's spares and what are they going to do?
