(Long) money game sessions have their own set of challenges such as keeping concentrated over a sustained period of time, avoiding tilt, fear of losing a lot of points, pressure to play quickly etc.

And don't forget the risk of getting stiffed.

Without more information (e.g. how much time is being allotted, do you know the characteristics of your opponent at the games' different forms, do you know the characteristics of yourself...?) I don't see you this question can be answered.
