Hi Nigel, I believe you are saying that, given the skill difference, the position is a premature practical double, and it would become a correct practical double for blue if white checker currently on Blue's 18pt would be moved back to Blue's 12pt. This conclusion seems very reasonable.

However, how you got there is not at all clear to me. Care to elaborate further?
