OtB and RO?

Thanks for that much, Bill.

The rules committee of three upheld the director's ruling. I did not have the opportunity, nor did I think it necessarily appropriate, to discuss the deliberations and the vote with any of the members of the assembled rules committee after the fact.

I don't care to know who-voted-for-what if it was a split vote. But I would like to know if it actually was 2-1 or 3-0.

The reason I want to know is because, IMO, an odd number committee is less than ideal. Maybe a committee with even number of members is equally problematic (or worse), but that's not my view.
