If you've got the table space for two baffle boxes and a clock, I'm sure it could be done! But you'd probably need a clock much longer than most types used for bg, as it would sit behind a baffle box and would need to clear it. The Chronos springs to mind, so to does the DGT 2010 which has long lever type buttons that extend to the edge of the clock.

As you'd have to reach further for the clock it would help if all this equipment wasn't also combined with a huge board, and you might want to give a scoreboard and video camera a miss. Where there's a will there may be a way!
