I don't see how letting a person use a dicecup in conjunction with a baffle box hurts anyone.

What if they want to use two dice cups -- shake dice in one cup, pour dice into the second cup, shake again, then pour into the baffle box? Where do you draw the line?

If you use a dice cup, does that mean I have to use one too? Do I have to shake the dice thoroughly before pouring into the baffle box?
