I am not sure about the blitz example. Given that a double will be rolled there is a greater chance of dancing.

In this thread we were talking about the players not realizing the dice are off. Was your comment made assuming that the players do know the dice are off and in what way? If not surely the game being essentially different than what the better player knows has got to be big factor.
