Good point. In the specific case of the dicetube, it wouldn't be that difficult to modify the rolling procedures to accommodate, but that's probably too much tweaking (and potential for procedural error in an exceptional case) to justify such a modification. If playing without clocks then it would be more appropriate.

In the case of baffle box (for one player) and dicecup (for the other), sharing one pair of dice should proceed seamlessly when playing with or without a clock.
