Print quality diagrams (recommended for USBGF)

Simon was kind enough to get in touch with me and look into my problem. He eventually discovered that the problem is caused by a known bug in Firefox that is related to how it handles cookie privileges and local storage. Since most users never bother to change default browser settings, they should not be affected.
