XG font usage - Clarification

I need to clarify that.

Basically the only limitations are

  • The font cannot be sold
  • The font cannot be modified
  • The font cannot be embedded with another software commercial or not, without GameSite 2000 ltd. written approval.

    In particular the following can be done freely and without GameSite 2000 ltd. Approval:

  • Embed the font in a document (PDF or any other)
  • Use the font to publish document (electronically or paper)
  • Send the font to someone else (for free)
  • Copy the font and link it on a website (for free)

    I always appreciate if someone using the font mentions the software but it is not a requirement, just a courtesy.
