Not so odd. There are a lot of views because the subject line mentions an event. But as for why there were no takers, well…

1. Paul didn't ask for takers. A position posted on its own implicitly asks for takers, but a post that contains descriptions of an event doesn't necessarily make the same implicit request.

2. If you post more than one position then your chances of getting any takers goes way down.

3. Most people would be taking a wild guess in the first position, so they may feel there's no point in posting.
