Many years ago I was playing at Gammons of Chicago when Dean Morehouse (NOT Dean Muench) shook his dice a little too vigorously, and they flew out of his cup, hit the wall, hit the ceiling, and then dropped from on high and landed on the board. His opponent, Jim Gibbs, called for a ruling, and Howard declared that since they had landed on the right side of the board, and were not cocked, the roll stood.
