NYC, LA, Chicago... Surprise.... Plus, why most LA chous would love to be consulting

NYC probably has the most.
LA, from what you (Joe) have said, probably 2nd most.
Chicago, perhaps 3rd most.
Surprise.... That's a ranking of the 3 largest cities in the US.
If you really wanted to look out for the weaker players you would get rid of the non consulting (that's that way just because it's always been that way), explain to the weaker players just how much it protects them (at least, what, 1/10 of a point a game, on average? Or 10 points over a long session, or 500 points / year [playing once a week], or $10,000 / year at $20/point), and then all happily play consulting as most people do. I'm sure if you explained in $ terms and told the weaker players who they are you'd have loads of consulting chouette takers.
