I am a partner in the ownership of Opening Ceremony and helped develop it, and if anyone does not get proper support or resolution of their problems, let me know and I will personally refund your money. (We have yet to have someone NOT be able to use the program after following our instructions and have yet to refund anyone's money because they were not satisfied with the program.)

4. Many have had problems loading, depending on your operating system, and there are reasonably simple solutions. We are already taking steps to see that all of the possible solutions will be readily accessible in a FAQ that is being prepared.

5. I know that in the past there were times that support was slow or responses not clear...partially because our tech people are part-timers and partly because of language barriers, and that has been greatly improved.

The program has been purchased and used by many of the best players in the world and the rollouts have been challenged and tested and proven to be most accurate. It is a tremendous tool, for only $25, to compare first, second and third roll moves quickly and graphically in several alternative formats, with all answers having been rolled out at least 5,000 times with high parameters in XG.
