White to play 21

Even though 6/5 has value, entering on the 23-point doesn't look right. So 24/23 and now there are many candidate deuces. From the front:
5/3*...
6/4 looks clever but Dagwood will gladly hit 22/21* with the ace. Also that play appears to leave Blondie's hands tied (next turn's move) as much as Dagwood's.
10/8 just shifts a builder position to a slightly better spot(?).
13/11 at least gets that checkers out of harms way, and it doesn't sit well on the 13-point anyway.
23/21 is super loose and invites a vicious attack.
OtB I'm sure I'd play 13/11 and even considering alternatives after seeing the yellow flag, I can't find something that jumps out as better. QF must be lurking, though.
24/23, 13/11
