White is desdemona

pip: 1587 point match pip: 157

Blue is SayLaveeXGID=aaa-B-D-B---cEa----dAb-bA-:0:0:1:52:1:1:0:7:10 Blue to play 52 I agree with Chuck. I’m playing z (reverse split) = 24/22, 13/8.
As Timothy points out, once you reject 8/1*, then the best 5 is to bring a checker down from the midpoint. For the 2, I was initially inclined to play another checker down, but then opted for lower risk.
My thought process was this:
White will attack. He has the better board, and has few options for priming or racing. That being the case, a blot on the 11pt becomes more of a target than a builder, more of a liability than an asset.
Of course, we all know my record on these problems. (Hint: hit and miss!)
