I Do Not Qualify To cast a Giant ballot??

Personally, I think that as long as you have played an Open Level event (even just one) it should qualify you to be "an open level player". Maybe the people running this shindig would like to expound on the EXACT criteria they use (and weighting) to decide who qualifies and who doesn't. Without publishing the criteria then I'd say they are potentially cherry picking the individuals they want to cast ballots.

I'm not an Open Level player but I vote for TRANSPARENCY by the Giant's List maintainers.
