If there were no contact, white's point of last take would be 9 pips behind. At 8 pips behind it's within the doubling window for s straight race.

But it's not a straight race. Blue may leave a shot, and white has to go all the way around the board, plus the spare on her ace creates a couple pips of wastage.

Looks close. I'll say D/T but it probably isn't too costly for blue to take a shake here.
