relationship between money game PR and match play PR?

If anyone is just looking for an excuse to play longer BG matches, the Madison Club has an invitational 17pt tournament that runs every year. Its a double elimination too, so you get quite a few 17pt matches.
So, come join the Madison club, do well enough in the club standings for this year, get an invite to play in the Douse Cup, and hey presto! 17pt matches galore!
Incidentally, Vadim Nuniyants won the 2013 trophy, after rolling over me in the semis, and Jack Edelson in the finals - where I think (but I dont recall, I have the match, I could check) that I played a 3.x.
Just to get back on track here, I would expect match play to be a little lower, simply because as you tend towards a certain score, decreasing, you will have some easier decisions, play becomes a little easier, and your cube actions have a cap.
