I don't know what machine you should get, but don't chuck your old XP machine if you like to run Jellyfish as a second- or third-opinion bot. The newer versions of Windows can't run it, even if you have an external A-drive to feed in the diskette.

When you get Windows 8, forget about trying to run the Photos app. Or many of the others, either. Just hit the Desktop tile first thing LOL
