Got a problem with a play? Post it here and you'll get all kinds of free advice from a lot of great players.
I provide the very service you are requesting to my students. And I make sure to give them great answers. I answer when I am very sure of the answer, and if it is a complex problem or I am not completely sure, I copy my answer to one of several Giants and top teachers so that they can add their comments.
90 percent of the question I receive I can handle pretty comfortably, but most of my students are beginners, intermediates and low open players. I do not charge extra for this service so long as a student doesn't send me too many.
I also provide this service without charge to USBGF members. We have a forum there where a member can post a question or problem, and I will make sure they get the right answer, again, providing it myself and making sure I have not missed an important concept by having it checked by a Giant, and of course, there are many Giants who are members of USBGF who also can post on the forum.
At the same time, I have the same problem you have. I keep a file of positions that puzzle me, and from time to time I invite an expert to do a video with me to explain the position, and the video is posted on the USBGF site. I've done about 175 of these, and have invited many experts including MCG, Stick, Sax, Koca, Hickey, Gartner, and others.
Right now my file is low...I only have about 35 positions that still puzzle me in some way and I hope to get an expert analysis, but as long as I am getting it, I record it in a video and share it with USBGF members as a service to the membership.
So, if you are a USBGF member, send the position to me and I will be sure to get you a good analysis, either privately or in the form of a video that is shared with the membership if I think it is a particularly interesting position that provides an important lesson.
