XG mobile frustration - I understand

I have an 'updated' version of XG now, which is offering me the 'restore purchase' option, but when I click on that, it asks me to sign in to my Apple account (sandbox), and i cannot proceed from there.

Hopefully you are more rested now, and will shortly have the complete solution available soon!
