Hi Ray,

The app is designed for Android and iOS mobile devices (phones and tablets). So the quick answer is No, you cannot access FlashBack through Win Vista.

However, you can access the demo here from any computer with a browser. (Make sure your browser accepts cookies and local storage.) It has 99% of the functionality of the app. You may find that you can't scroll through some results unless you happen to have a touchscreen. You will also have trouble using the program while waiting in line at the grocery store, unless you have strong arms. More seriously, the mobile app will get updates with advanced decks for in-app purchase. The demo page page will not.
