This looks like a fun position with a variety of possible game plans, and I'd like to play from here.

For the 33, I'd start with 24/21*(2) because we need the 21-point whether we want to go forward or backward. Then 8/5*, because we don't want White anchoring there, for example. And we may want to make the point, or recirculate a checker there. Then with the last 3, there are various possibilities: 8/5, forward going; 24/21, forward going but also preparing to spring a back checker which can be useful in a moderately backward going game plan; 6/3, extreme backward going, and 13/10*, leaving options open depending on White's rolls. I switched my mind when typing, I was going to play 13/10* but now like 6/3 here.
