I Use Mnemosyne for this. I put only my own blunders into the database. For the questions and answers I use screenshots of XG. Currently I have around 2,300 positions in my database. I am asked 30-40 questions per day. I try to keep it at that pace, i.e. when I get fewer questions, I start to add less severe blunders, when I get more questions, I start to skip the smaller blunders.

I do this for nearly two years now. It did not help my game as much as I hoped, but at least I can say by now that I improved a bit faster than before.
