I like 13/9, 23/21 despite the re-split. The 9 point isn't as good as the 4, but it ain't bad and choosing it avoids a direct shot. The fact he's split his back men also attenuates the 4 point's immediate value, and these combined factors lead me to believe the bottom line is that the risk of the direct shot isn't worth the upgrade from the 9 to the 4 point.
