Before the draw is made publicly available for people to see, and the percentage depends on the group size - it's all worked out to essentially allow the buyer to reap an equal benefit of all players in that group, unless someone doesn't buy back. Then they get all that persons equity in all other players and obviously the non-buyer. In a 4 person group its 20%, and so on.
