Two off the midpoint is the 1970's play. Don't know if it's the 2015 play, though.

White suffers from TMP, although his least damaging plays (barring Blue giving him good options) involve giving up the midpoint.

In my experience, if opp has TMP, the best courses of action involve NOT giving him options to escape the malady. Both 21/11 and 13/7, 13/9 appear to be progressive for White but both break the RoT.

13/3 is a play that typically (and maybe even here) would give me indigestion, but it does fulfill the RoT. It's also a good QF play.
