Moves: 3-ply, cube decisions: XG RollerTim's variant is actually the first one I rolled out. (See above.) It's a whisker away from a DMP cusp (.0046 to the fourth decimal place), yielding a substantial change in margin (from that of Phil's original position).
I'm currently rolling out a few variants for which playing both checkers to the 3pt is not the best play. I'll post them soon.
