Thanks very much for clarifying the position and the XG setting that makes the difference -- it's really helpful.
Looking back at the book, Robertie estimates that White's chances are "about 5%" after being hit, depending what black rolled. XG++ has it up around 12-14% , as for example below, if I'm doing this right . . . so that might account for much of the .1 discrepancy.
