I think many are underrating the danger of leaving blots. Realize that they often must be dealt with next turn and that may lead to awkwardness.

Also some have mentioned inflexibility and bad small numbers after 6/3 21/18 (3). I don't see it.

I have a definite preference for 6/3 21/18 (3).
