Some thoughts about draws

I've made the unscientific observation that to date drawsheets have been as much a product of art as of science. That may have something to do with pleasure centers (ego, etc.) as much as with the difficulty of systematic analysis.

Do we get less pleasure from writing a computer program which solves a problem compared to finding an analytical solution, or even compared to finding a less-than-ideal path using only our brains?
