can somebody tell me please why do you use Progressive Last Chances in the USA? (if I’m correct in this assumption from reading these few posts.)

I am not the authority on this, as I dont attend all the US ABT Events (Not by a long way), but it is my understanding that it is not a widespread practice. The events I typically attend, the LC is held as a separate entity on the Sunday, starting at noon. But, I cannot say what percentage of events this happens at. Perhaps one of the regular attenders to all events could chip in with an answer?
