Chris,

The O/(P+O) os never to be used directly! The whole point is to get rid of having to calculate or memorize MET! And the formula is not to be compared with other, more accurate, formulas! The only good thing about it is to use it to derive, formulas that calculate values (such as Take Poin) without using MET!

For example the Take Point can be calculated in a matter of seconds! And it is pretty accurate up to 5-a 5-a beyond that, the easiest way is to memorize the TP values and there will be only a few numbers to memorize for the entire remaining table!
