How many in the world?

Is there anyone in the world that would get all third roll moves right after all reasonable plays at all 4 scores?
As you said, no, of course not.
But how many in the world would get all the second roll moves right at all 4 scores after all reasonable opening moves?
Right now? I'd guess closer to zero than you did. This is something I know myself and Rockwell have looked at. I'm also sure that the likes of Mochy and Michi have done the same. It's very reasonable that with a few days notice any of these players could hammer down all the reasonable second roll replies at the four major scores but I think we'd need some notice. It's not something that comes up that often so it's not so important to know by rote.
You would also have to define 'reasonable'. For example, it's gammon go and my opponent opens with a [21] and plays S, 24/23 13/11. Would I need to know all the replies because my opponent is a donkey and doesn't know to slot an opening [21] at gammon go? It's a .030 error to split according to XG's opening book.
