It does take some getting used to and your concerns about touch signal are valid. It is just the pick up of the dice and dropping them in the baffle box is so easy it overcomes those issues for me so far.

a baffle box on each side of the board would solve the potential confusion of whose turn it is..... Phil would like it for sales....
