I am against any electronic device dice generator to be used in a live tournament, exception can be cases of disabled players. Many players don't trust online dice generators, I can't even imagine how many complains we could have in a big live tournament. Precision dice maybe are not perfectly random because of round corners but in the same manner devices can generate only pseudorandom numbers even if they use the strongest algorithms. The big risk anyway in my opinion is that the device can be hacked and only the suspect can create a lot of trouble. People hackes everything today, we know about poker sites, credit cards, playstation codes, etc so if such an "expert" can have the device in his hands I think he can probably find a way to hack it.
