Dice Apps & arc4random_uniform(6)

My knee-jerk reaction is to disallow this in tournament play primarily because of the "uniform" aspect.

When statisticians use the word "uniform" they mean that the probability of each outcome is the same. That is what you want from random dice -- each number being equally likely.
