The question I have is how do you discern that it is random?

Is a list of generated rolls less random than a regenerated single value? If the seed and algorithm are discernable even if not human observer accessible, is it random enough?

Random is random, it is said. But what if that big wheel you think you're spinning is already pre-ordained to land on a certain iteration of spaces regardless of your input? Is it still random enough?

I guess it's more of a philosophical question.
