Random dice

It was my statement because I learnt 20 years ago in university that only pseudo-random numbers can be generated by software.

https://www.random.org/ Here they talk about atmospheric noise used for creating randomness instead of pseudo random algorithms, it looks like something has changed. So what do you say about electronic random dice ?
