maybe I have rocks in ymy head....as I read the other replies, i kept looking to see double/pass.

I think the determining factor here, is white's 3 point home board, and a blot on her five point and open bar point. White has no containment if she does hit. White is at substantial risk if she does break the 20 point, as blue has builders waiting to pounce and attack.

I think this is a double/pass.
