This is just to clarify my original answer. I said, "The 4/15 rule says, "No double" ". The 4/15 rule is meant for money play. At the score, the double is clear. The position in Neil's original post also has some subtle extra advantages for blue that the 4/15 rule doesn't consider. My answer was double/bare take.
