Blue's builder in the zone makes it a clear pass for me. In these early 4 vs 1pt board blitzes, where 1 blot is on the bar and one open for attack, it's a close decision if Blue is stripped on his side and no spare is brought down from his mid.

If his 8pt spare was moved back to his mid, it would be a close call to me, but probably a pass because of his split back men. Unsplit them and I'd take.
