Why I voted to Accept the proposed USBGF rules

In Response To: Why I voted to Accept the proposed USBGF rules (TarHeelFan)

By the open and advanced playing different rules, I just meant that at a certain tournament the Open could be playing Mandatory clocks and the Advance playing Optional clock...therefore the open would have pictures on their time and advanced wouldn't have restrictions to pictures...basically the open and advanced don't use the same "options" for each rule.
