I agree that 4 min/12 sec delay settings are a bad idea. However, I will continue to advocate for a 15 sec delay. Not only do I see it as a more "pure" time increment (whatever the hell that means), but I don't like to feel penalized by shaking my dice more than my opponent. Especially when I like to give it the "Neil Shake" on an important game deciding roll.
