It seems to me you are stretching "play this over many time" principle. By changing score, you are also changing conditions.

Here is what you are doing: I play from this position in this game, then score changes, I play again,...., and again, and arrive at 12-4/13.

Instead, you should be doing this: I play this game at 0-0/13, then another game at 0-13, yadda yadda yadda, and then I average MWC of the results.
