Speaking of the rollouts for What's Your Game Plan? Chris Yep pointed out to me that the book's claim to have done "4-ply, 4-ply, Huge" rollouts is slightly misleading. Check out the sample rollout in this article by Mary Hickey to see the rollout settings that they actually used.
