These questions can again be addressed with enough data. Just separate your data into different piles and train separately on each pile.

(Though I think that for the applications sebalotek has in mind, "difficult for human" is probably more relevant than "difficult for bot.")

I also agree with you that using a chatbot is misguided. They're the shiny new thing, but they are highly unsuited to this particular task.
